U13 Supplemental Tryouts (Updated August 22th 2007):

LOCATION: Wilburton (Bellevue)
TIME: 10am – 12pm
TEAM: Bellevue Baseball Club U13’s
WHAT TO BRING: Completed Paperwork (attached) + Baseball gear

Please arrive 15 minutes early to obtain tryout number and to warm up.

Pre-registration:
A tryout registration form and medical waiver is necessary for all new players to attend tryouts. These forms are part of this document and should be:

1. brought to the tryout fully completed
2. e-mailed to greben1@yahoo.com,
3. faxed to 425-455-2930, or
4. mailed to Bellevue Baseball Club, c/o Gregg Bennett, 2115 94th Avenue NE, Clyde Hill, WA 98004; in advance of tryouts.
5. Please, please, make an extra effort to legibly write your e-mail addresses.
